加速康复外科在经导管主动脉瓣置换术中的应用进展

摘要

近年来,经导管主动脉瓣置换术在治疗主动脉瓣狭窄中运用的越来越广泛,为加快患者恢复、改善患者预后,在经导管主动脉瓣置换术围术期管理中加入加速康复外科理念成为目前研究的新点及热点。文章对加速康复外科理念在经导管主动脉瓣置换术术前、术中、术后管理的临床应用进展进行综述。In recent years,transcatheter aortic valve implantation is widely used in the treatment of aortic valve stenosis.The promotion and application of enhanced recovery after transcatheter aortic valve implantation is a new and hot topic,to speed up the recovery and improve the prognosis of patients.The purpose of this paper is to review the progress of clinical application of enhanced recovery of transcatheter aortic valve implantation in the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative management.
