大容量循环流化床锅炉SCR与SNCR脱硝耦合性能研究

 摘要
为满足日益严格的环保要求,某330 MW流化床机组进行改造增加了单层的SCR催化剂。通过等间距网格法测定SCR反应器烟道烟气场相关参数,研究了对SCR改造应用于循环流化床锅炉时的SCR催化剂的运行性能以及其与SNCR的耦合情况。结果表明:机组满负荷330 MW下,实测反应器脱硝效率为61.36%,对应的氨逃逸浓度为0.57×10-6;40%~100%负荷下,NOx排放均低于25 mg/Nm3,氨逃逸浓度不大于3×10-6;在相同负荷下尿素耗量均明显低于改造前,节能降耗效果显著,烟道上游的SNCR与下游的SCR实现了良好的耦合;改造后锅炉效率基本不受影响,其中排烟热损失和固体未完全燃烧热损失占总体热损失的90%以上。To meet the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements,a 330 MW CFB boiler was retrofitted with a single layer of SCR catalyst.The equal-spacing grid method was adopt to measure the parameters of flue gas field around SCR reactor,and the denitrification performance of SCR catalyst applied to CFB boiler and its coupling with SNCR were studied.The results show that the denitrification efficiency of the reactor was 61.36%under the unit full load of 330 MW,the corresponding concentration of escaping ammonia was 0.57×10-6.Under 40%~100%load,NOx emission is lower than 25 mg/Nm3,and ammonia escape concentration is lower than 3×10-6.Under the same load,the urea consumption is significantly lower than that before the retrofit,and the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is significant.SNCR and SCR were coupled well.The boiler efficiency didn't decrease after the retrofit.The heat loss of exhaust gas and incomplete combustion of solid account for more than 90%of the total heat loss.
