通过某高参数垃圾焚烧发电厂的卧式余热锅炉中温过热器爆管问题进行了分析,根据管壁厚度分布情况和爆管口形貌特征进行蒸汽吹灰的影响分析,并进行壁厚减薄理论探讨。分析结果显示:高温腐蚀是过热器减薄的主要原因,蒸汽吹灰加速了过热器管束减薄的过程。因此,腐蚀严重的区域应当谨慎运行蒸汽吹灰器,包括蒸汽吹灰频次、压头以及维护。In this paper,observation of tube explosion for superheater in a municipal solid waste(MSW)incinerator is described.And according to the characteristics of thickness distribution and explosion appearance,the influence of steam soot blowing is analyzed,besides,the theory of wall thickness thinning is discussed.The results show that the tube thinning of superheater is mainly caused by high temperature corrosion,and the steam soot blowing intensifies the process.Thus,the ash removal method by steam soot blower should be used carefully in the areas with severe corrosion,including frequency,steam pressure,and maintenance.
