为研究不同配合比下钢筋混凝土受杂散电流腐蚀作用的时变规律,通过模拟腐蚀试验,探讨了掺合料种类、含量、掺和比例对腐蚀电流的影响。结果表明:钢筋混凝土在杂散电流作用下的锈蚀分为去钝化、裂缝展开、裂缝贯通3阶段。基于采用的配合比,添加掺合料对混凝土的抗杂散电流腐蚀能力有明显提高,开裂时间延缓了2~3倍。单掺时,粉煤灰对于抗杂散电流腐蚀的能力优于矿渣,开裂时间延长约9%。复掺时的抗腐蚀能力优于单掺,在掺和总量不超过50%时,总掺和量越高,其抗腐蚀能力越强。本试验中,复掺25%粉煤灰与25%矿渣时,抗腐蚀能力最强。In order to study the time-varying law of stray current corrosion of reinforced concrete under different mixing ratios,the effects of the type,content,and mixing ratio of the admixture on the corrosion current were investigated through simulated corrosion experiments.The results show that the corrosion of reinforced concrete under stray current is divided into three stages,de-passivation,crack initiation and crack penetration.based on the mixing ratio adopted,the addition of admixtures has significantly improved the resistance to stray current corrosion of concrete,and the cracking time has been delayed by 2 to 3 times.When mixed alone,fly ash has better resistance to stray current corrosion than slag,and the cracking time is extended by about 9%.The anti-corrosion ability is better than that of single-doping.When the total amount is not more than 50%,the higher the total amount,the stronger the anti-corrosion ability.In this experiment,when it was mixed with 25%fly ash and 25%slag,the corrosion resistance was the strongest.
