野生食用种子植物资源及多样性研究

摘要

研究结果表明,昆明地区食用种子植物共134科428属598种,其中被子植物有126科407属560种,裸子植物有8科21属38种;昆明地区食用植物资源中优势科为菊科、蔷薇科、百合科,优势属为木兰属、杜鹃花属、素馨属;食用部位比例由高到低为:花类>根(根茎)类>全草>皮类>果实及种子类>其它类;野生食用植物共有243种,所占比例为49.97%,栽培植物共有353种,占昆明地区食用植物总数59.03%。The results showed that there were 598 species of edible seed plants belonging to 428 genera and 134 families in Kunming,including 560 species of angiosperms belonging to 407 genera and 126 families,and 38 species of gymnosperms belonging to 21 genera and 8 families.Among the edible plant resources in Kunming,the dominant families were Compositae,Rosaceae and Liliaceae,while the dominant genera were Magnolia,Rhododendron and Jasminum.The proportion of edible parts from high to low followed as flower>root(rhizome)>grass>pericarp>fruit and seed>other.To sum up,there are 243 species of wild edible plants,accounting for 49.97%,and 353 species of cultivated plants,accounting for 59.03%of the total edible plants in Kunming.
