玄参良种的子芽分级标准研究

 摘要
使用SPSS统计软件对不同处理的玄参良种的子芽长、粗和重3个指标数据进行聚类分析,制定玄参子芽的质量分级标准。结果表明,Ⅰ级良种的子芽长度不低于8 cm,子芽粗不低于25 mm,子芽重不低于28 g;Ⅱ级长度不低于6 cm,粗不低于20 mm,重不低于16 g;Ⅲ级长度不低于3 cm,粗不低于9 mm,重不低于5 g。此标准的Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级良种子芽标准明显高于常规玄参子芽分级标准。此分级标准科学、可行,可作为玄参良种子芽的质量控制标准。In this paper,the SPSS statistical software was used to conduct cluster analysis on the 3 indexes including germinal length,germinal width and germinal weight of fine varieties of Scrophularia ningpoensis from differnet treatments.The results showed that the germinal length,germinal width and germinal weight of the first grade fine variety were no less than 8 cm,25 mm and 28 g,while these indexes were no less than 6 cm,20 mm and 16 g in the second grade fine variety.Additionally,the germinal length,germinal width and germinal weight in the third grade fine variety were no less than 3 cm,9 mm and 5 g respectively.The first and second grade fine variety judged by this standard was significantly higher than the conventional bud classification standard of S.ningpoensis.Therefore,this classification standard was scientific and feasible,and could be used as the quality control standard for fine seed buds of S.ningpoensis.
