薄麻壳泡核桃芽接处理方式对成活率和生长的影响

 摘要
为扩充薄麻壳泡核桃优株无形性繁殖材料,采用其优株穗条进行芽接,设置不同部位芽、不同嫁接高度和不同嫁接时间处理对其萌动、生长和嫁接成活率的影响,筛选出最佳芽接处理方式,提高芽接成活率。结果表明,优株对新梢长度的主效应影响显著,对芽萌动平均天数、新梢粗度和嫁接成活率的主效应影响不显著。嫁接时间对芽萌动天数、新梢长度、新梢粗度和嫁接成活率影响显著,6月份嫁接芽萌动早于7月份嫁接芽萌动,嫁接时间越早,萌动时间越早、新梢生长越快,嫁接成活率6月中旬和下旬差异不显著,7月与6月中下旬差异极显著。嫁接高度对芽萌动天数、新梢长度、新梢粗度影响显著,对成活率影响不显著,嫁接高度越高,芽萌动时间越晚,嫁接高度为15 cm时,新梢生长量最大,成活率最高。不同部位芽对新梢长度和嫁接成活率影响显著,对芽萌动时间和新梢粗度影响不显著,新梢生长量和嫁接成活率均为中部芽最高,上部芽和下部芽差异不大。适合薄麻壳泡核桃优株芽接的最佳处理方式为6月中下旬嫁接、嫁接高度砧木离地15 cm处和嫁接芽选择穗条中部芽时,芽接苗生长量最大,嫁接成活率最高。In order to propagate asexual material of fine Juglans sigillata with thin hemp shell,the effects of different positions of buds,grafting height and grafting time on germination,growth and grafting survival rate were set,and the best bud grafting treatment was selected to improve the survival rate of bud grafting.The results showed that the excellent plant had a significant influence on the length of new shoots,but had no significant effect on the average germination days,the thickness of new shoots and the survival rate of grafting.Grafting time had significant effects on germination days,length of new shoots,thickness of new shoots and grafting survival rate.The grafting bud initiation in June was earlier than that in July,and the earlier the grafting time was,the earlier the grafting time was and the faster the new shoots grew.Meanwhile,The survival rate of grafting had no significant difference between mid-June and late June,but had a significant difference between mid-late June and mid-late June.The grafting height had significant effects on the number of days of bud initiation,the length of new shoots and the thickness of new shoots,but had no significant effects on the survival rate.The higher the grafting height was,the later the bud initiation time was.When the grafting height was 15 cm,the growth of new shoots was the maximum and the survival rate was the highest.The buds in different positions had significant effects on the length of new shoots and the grafting survival rate,but had no significant effects on the initiation time and the thickness of new shoots.The growth of new shoots and the grafting survival rate were the highest in the middle bud,while the difference between the upper bud and the lower bud was not significant.The optimal treatment for germination grafting of excellent plant of J.sigillata with thin hemp shell was grafting in mid to late June,grafting height rootstock 15 cm above the ground and selecting the middle bud of the panicle strip for grafting bud.The growth of bud grafting s
