基于需求层次理论,分别从核心层、中间层和外延层三个需求层级上构建农村居民生活质量指标体系,并采用熵值法测度指标权重。在此基础上,利用安徽省滁州市2010-2019年统计数据,对农村居民生活质量时期变动状况及区域差异状况进行了深入分析。结果显示,2010年滁州市农村居民生活质量综合指数约为0.311,2019年该指标增长为0.411,年均增长3.15%;农村居民的核心层需求得到了较好提升,但是中间层级外延层级需求则出现了一定程度的下降。区域分析结果显示,滁州市不同县区农村居民生活质量存在较大差异,综合来看,琅琊区排名靠前,而全椒县相对落后,且各县区均存在农村居民生活质量的结构发展不均衡的问题。基于此,文章从合理配置公共资源,完善农村社会保障体系;加强农村生态环境保护,增强外延层需求供给两个方面提出了政策建议。based on the demand hierarchy theory,the index system of rural residents′quality of life is constructed from three levels:core layer,middle layer and epitaxial layer,and the index weight is measured by entropy method.On this basis,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the changes in the quality of life of rural residents in Chuzhou City and the differences between counties and districts using statistical data of Chuzhou City,Anhui Province from 2010 to 2019.The results showed that in 2010,the comprehensive index of life quality of rural residents was about 0.311.The growth of the index was 0.411 in 2019,and the average annual growth rate was 3.15%.The basic level needs of rural residents have been better improved,but the intermediate and epitaxial level demand has decreased to a certain extent.The results of regional analysis show that there are great differences in the quality of life of rural residents in different counties and districts of Chuzhou City.To sum up,Langya District ranks first,while Quanjiao County is relatively backward,and each county has the problem of uneven structural development of rural residents′quality of life.based on this,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions from two aspects:rational allocation of public resources and improving rural social security system,and strengthening rural ecological environment protection and strengthening the demand and supply of epitaxial layer.
