促就业:打好高校毕业生就业服务“工会牌”

摘要 基于毕业生就业工作复杂多变的外部环境,高校须构建多部门联动的就业工作体制机制。受制于传统工作理念等多重主客观因素的制约,高校工会对毕业生就业工作融入度不高,存在角色缺失等问题。新形势下,从维护劳动者权益的角度出发,高校工会须强化思想认识,拓展职责权限,主动融入毕业生就业工作,在服务“准会员”的过程中打破束缚自身发展的瓶颈。 Interconnected systems for graduate employment must be built in colleges and universities based on the complex and volatile environment faced by graduates.Restricted by multiple subjective and objective factors like traditional working concepts,there exist such problems as a low degree of integration and the absence of due roles by labor unions at colleges and universities in graduate employment.Therefore,they should raise their awareness,expand their responsibilities,actively engage in the graduate employment,and break the bottleneck restricting their own development when serving the"associate members"in the new situation,from the perspective of safeguarding the rights and interests of labors.
