摘要 建设优良学风是提升学校内涵发展、提高人才培养质量的重要内容和途径。基于合力育人理念,按照“以教风领学风、以管理树学风、以服务促学风、以活动导学风、以文化培学风、以合力助学风”的路径开展学风建设,有利于构建学风建设长效机制。 Establishing a good learning environment is an important content and way for a school to improve the connotation development and the quality of talent training.based on the concept of joint education,the approaches of"leading with teaching,cultivation with management,promotion with service,guidance with activities,development with culture,and assistance with joint efforts"are conducive to the long-term mechanism of learning environment construction.
