摘要 研究了真空扩散焊接对铝合金负极性能的影响。主要考察了扩散焊接后,铝合金的硬度和自腐蚀速率及其在碱性溶液中的极化性能变化,同时对铝合金负极的电性能进行了测试。实验结果表明经过扩散焊接后,铝合金负极的硬度降低,自腐蚀速率增大,但单体电池的电性能提高。 Studying the effect of vacuum diffusion welding on the properties of aluminum alloy cathode.The hardness,self-corrosion rate and the polarization properties of aluminum alloy after diffusion welding in alkaline solution were investigated,at the same time,the electrical properties of aluminum alloy cathode were tested。The experimental results show that the hardness of the cathode decreases and the self-corrosion rate increases,but the electrical performance of the battery improves.
