摘要 使用微波消解法处理了竹筷食物模拟物试液,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法快速测定了其中砷、镉、铬、汞、铅、锑的含量。研究发现,该消解方法不会造成元素的挥发损失。实验对砷、镉、铬、汞、铅、锑的检出限分别为0.095 mg/L、0.011 mg/L、0.007 mg/L、0.046 mg/L、0.032 mg/L和0.050 mg/L。当加标浓度分别为5.00、10.00、20.00 mg/L时,该方法的加标回收率分别为99.0%~101.8%、96.1%~103.1%、100.4%~102.3%;相对标准偏差分别为0.22%~0.99%、0.30%~0.69%、0.48%~0.57%。该方法具有效率高、进样量少、检出限低、精密度高、可同时准确测定多种重金属元素的特点,适用于食品检测当中。 Microwave digestion method was used to treat the food simulacrum of bamboo chopsticks.Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was used to the rapidly detection of arsenic,cadmium,chromium,mercury,plumbum and antimony.The results show that the method does not cause the loss of volatile elements.The limits for arsenic,cadmium,chromium,mercury,plumbum and antimony were 0.095 mg/L,0.011 mg/L,0.007 mg/L,0.046 mg/L,0.032 mg/L and 0.050 mg/L,respectively.When the standard concentration was 5.00,10.00 and 20.00 mg/L,the recovery rates of the method were 99.0%~101.8%,96.1%~103.1%and 100.4%~102.3%.The relative standard deviations were 0.22%~0.99%,0.30%~0.69%and 0.48%~0.57%,respectively.The method has the characteristics of high efficiency,low sample amount,low detection limit,high precision,and accurate determination of many heavy metal elements at the same time,which is suitable for food testing.
