摘要 本文使用大气压气相色谱电离源-飞行时间质谱(APGC-QTOF-MS)技术,通过优化色谱分离条件,菊酯类农药及其同分异构体均实现色谱基线分离,采用菊酯类农药标准品建立集色谱保留时间、离子淌度、质谱精确分子量、碎片离子信息的数据库,未知样品质谱检测结果与农药电子信息库进行匹配比较,设置匹配指标偏差范围,实现无需标准物质的准确定性检测。本方法建立菊酯类农药及其同分异构体的分离检测技术,有多维确证指标,定性可靠准确,扫描同时获得母离子可定量检测,适合农残快速筛查检测。 In this paper,atmospheric pressure gas chromatography ionization source time-of-flight mass spectrometry(apgc-qtof-ms)technology was used to optimize the chromatographic separation conditions.The baseline separation of pyrethroid pesticides and their isomers was achieved.The database of retention time,ion mobility,accurate molecular weight and fragment ion information of pyrethroid pesticides was established by using standard pyrethroid pesticides,and the mass spectrometry detection results of unknown samples were unknown Compared with the pesticide electronic information database,the deviation range of matching index was set to realize the accurate qualitative detection without reference materials.This method established the separation and detection technology of pyrethroid pesticides and their isomers,with multi-dimensional confirmatory index,reliable and accurate qualitative,scanning at the same time to obtain the parent ion can be quantitatively detected,suitable for rapid screening and detection of pesticide residues.
