摘要 以光伏企业精细化管理体系的构建作为研究对象,分析了光伏企业进行精细化管理的必要性和紧迫性。通过光伏企业的实践经验,构建光伏企业精细化管理体系的框架,并对体系框架中的方法论、基础系统、决策系统、运行系统、改进系统和测量分析进行了论述,确认光伏企业精细化管理体系框架的可操作性;同时,以某光伏企业的实践数据为例,验证了所构建的光伏企业精细化管理体系框架的实施效果。 Taking enterprise lean management system as the research object to analyze the necessity and urgency of lean management for PV enterprises.This paper constructs the framework of lean management system for PV enterprises.The methodology,basic system,decision-making system,operation system,improvement system,and measurement analysis of the framework were discussed to ensure the operability of lean management system framework for PV enterprises.At the same time,the practical data of a PV enterprise was taken as an example to verify the implementation effect of the lean management system framework for PV enterprises.
