摘要 为了研究天津市某养殖场松江鲈溃疡病的病因,笔者从患病松江鲈肝脏处中分离得到1株优势菌SJL-1,并进行了生理生化鉴定、16S rDNA基因分析、人工回感实验及药敏试验。结果显示,菌株SJL-1具有弧菌科的生化特征,系统发育树显示其16S rDNA序列与鳗弧菌聚为一支;用菌株SJL-1感染健康松江鲈,发病后的症状与自然发病相似,并从体内再次分离到该菌,表明菌株SJL-1为发病松江鲈的病原菌。药敏试验结果显示,菌株SJL-1对庆大霉素、卡那霉素、妥布霉素、新霉素、新生霉素5种抗生素具有高度敏感性,可为松江鲈鳗弧菌疾病的防治提供参考依据。 In order to study the cause of ulcer disease in a Trachidermus fasciatus Heckel farm in Tianjin,a pathogenic bacteria strain SJL-1 was isolated from the diseased fish,and its physiological and biochemical characteristics,16S rDNA sequence,artificial infection and antimicrobial resistancetests were tested.The results showed that the strain SJL-1 had the features of Vibrionaceae,and 16S rDNA gene shared high similarity with its counterpart of Vibrio anguillarum found in NCBI.The results showed that the fish infected artificially had similar clinical symptoms with that of natural infection,thus the strain SJL-1 was the pathogen of the T.fasciatus Heckelulcer disease.Drug sensitivity tests showed that strain SJL-1 was highly sensitive to gentamycin,kanamycin,tobramycin,neomycin andnovobiocin,which can provide reference for the prevention and control of T.fasciatus ulcer disease.
