摘要 大功率电动机启动时的启动电流会对电网造成的冲击,为了降低启动电流,减小电网冲击,目前大多数大功率电机在轻载启动时会采用星三角启动的方式。目前该启动方式的热继电器的接入位置和选型比较混乱,造成热继电器不能对电机进行预期的有效保护,因此本文从分析星三角启动的启动和运行电流参数入手,详细分析了热继电器的选择和配置。 When a high power motor starts,starting current will bring impact on the power network.In order to reduce the starting current and decrease impact on the power netowrk,most of high power motors can adopt star delta starting way during light load starting.At present,it is very confunded for place in position and selection of the thermal relay for the starting way,making the thermal relay not carry out expected protection to the motor effectively.So the paper starts with analyzing startup of star delta starting and running current parameters,analyze the seection and setup of the thermal relay in dedail.
