摘要 集成电路作为推动信息产业发展与进步的新兴力量,正在迅猛发展,而低功耗技术已经成为数字集成电路设计过程中的重点考量。本文基于采用SMIC 55nm工艺进行层次化综合与物理设计的IP核Bittop,使用统一功率格式文件定义其多电压设计意图,并利用工具PrimeTime PX分析Bittop在采用多电压供电与电源关断技术后的功耗优化情况。 As a new force to promote the development and progress of information industry,integrated circuit is developing rapidly,and low power technology has become a key consideration in the process of digital integrated circuit design.based on the IP core Bittop which adopts SMIC 55nm technology for hierarchical synthesis and physical design,this paper defines its multi voltage design intention by using unified power format file,and analyzes the power consumption optimization of Bittop after adopting multi voltage power supply and power off technology by PrimeTime PX.
