重大公共卫生事件下小学德育现状与思考

摘要 德育工作是学校教育的重中之重,此次重大公共卫生事件给小学德育带来了一定的影响。为了解重大公共卫生事件期间小学生的品德状况以及教师的德育工作实施状况,对东部、中部、西部地区的1472名小学生和207名教师开展问卷调查。调查结果显示,小学生具有一定的公民素养、健全的人格品质和积极的理想信念,但存在信息素养缺失、职业认知模糊、心理状态欠佳、生命教育不足等问题,此次重大公共卫生事件让教师对德育有了新的思考。为加强和改进小学德育工作,推动“立德树人”根本任务的实施,建议小学加强小学生信息素养培育,开展职业启蒙教育,多方协作加强对小学生的心理健康教育,重视生命教育,针对性开展德育工作。 Moral education is the priority among priorities in school education. This major public health event has brought certain influence on moral education in primary schools. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 472 primary school students and 207 teachers in the eastern, central and western regions to understand the moral character of pupils and the implementation of teachers’ moral education during major public health events. The results show that the pupils have certain civic accomplishment, sound personality quality and positive ideal and belief. However, there are some problems, such as lack of information literacy, vague occupational cognition, poor psychological state and insufficient life education. Moreover, this major public health event has given teachers a new thinking on moral education. In order to strengthen and improve the work of moral education in primary schools and promote the implementation of the basic task of "fostering virtue through education", it is suggested that primary schools should strengthen the cultivation of information literacy of primary students, carry out vocational enlightenment education, strengthen the psychological health education of primary students through multi-cooperation, attach importance to life education, and carry out moral education in a targeted way.
