摘要 人的全面发展作为学校课程建设的价值坐标,规定了学校课程建设以人的现实境遇为现实基点,以人的发展要素为内容维度,以人的现实需要为目标向度,并以唤起人的生命姿态为价值旨趣。人的全面发展视域下的学校课程建设要在哲学层面坚持马克思主义引领,构筑学校课程哲学;在文化层面关注多元化形态整合,弥合课程文化张力;在价值层面坚持以个体人为中心,彰显课程三重价值;在实践层面依托关系性思维导向,助推课程衔接互通。学校课程建设应将人的全面发展作为顶层设计的价值理念向导,全方位考虑人的全面发展维度、课程要素与具体学段要求,形成系统全面的课程目标、分层整合的课程内容、关注需求的课程结构、动态生成的课程实施路径以及多元适切的课程评价体系。 As the value coordinates of school curriculum construction,the all-rounddevelopment of people stipulates that school curriculum construction should take the realisticconditions of people as the realistic basis,the development of people as the content dimension,therealistic needs of people as the goal degree,and the rise of life attitudes of people as the valuepurport.From the perspective of people's all-round development,the school curriculumconstruction should adhere to the guidance of Marxism and construct the school curriculumphilosophy at the philosophical level,pay attention to the integration of diversified forms to bridgethe cultural tension of curriculum at the cultural level,insist on taking the individual as the centerand highlight the threefold value of the curriculum at the value level,rely on the guidance ofrelational thinking to promote the cohesion of curriculum on the practical level.People's all-rounddevelopment should be treated as the guide in the top level design of school curriculumconstruction.The dimension of people's all-round development,curriculum elements and specificrequirements should be considered comprehensively to promote the formation of systematic andcomprehensive curriculum goals,layered and integrated curriculum content,curriculum structurefocused on people's needs,dynamically generated curriculum implementation path,andcurriculum evaluation system with multiple theories.
