高校公共体育课教学改革研究——基于伊犁师范大学公共健美操选项课的调查分析

摘要 高校公共体育课是高校课程的重要内容,也是保障大学生培养质量的重要课程.为了全面了解高校公共体育课教学基本情况,通过访谈、问卷、研讨、讲课、听课、座谈等方式,调查研究了伊犁师范大学2016级公共健美操课现状,从课程视角系统考察了教材建设、教学管理、教学方法、课程内容的开展建设情况,从大学生视角分析了课程选择、课程满意度、课程考核、社会评价等课程学习现状,发现公共健美操课教学内容相对过时与单一,缺乏时尚性与前沿性,课程丰富性不足,教学方法单调陈旧,学生学习积极性较弱,出现了学生“吃不饱”与“吃不了”的冲突现象.借鉴其他省市高校公共体育课的先进经验,在“以学生发展为中心”课程理念下,提出实施分层教学改革,按照学生的学习背景、运动基础、专项技术能力进行不同层次教学,突出学生的主体地位,重视学生的感受、体验和需求,建设符合学生体育发展规律的课程体系,提升公共健美操课教学水平及大学体育课师资队伍的整体水平,掌握教材共性与个性的统一,丰富课程内容与教学方法,重视课程评价方式的多元化,凸显课程内容的层次性与差异性,保证适宜的运动负荷,为新时代高校公共体育课程改革,实施课程建设提供参考性的建议. Public physical education in colleges and universities is an important part of college curriculum and also an important link to ensure the quality of college students'training.In order to fully understand the basic situation of public physical education teaching in colleges and universities,the 2016 class public aerobics class in Yili Normal University was investigated and studied through interviews,questionnaires,seminars,lectures,lectures and discussions.The construction of teaching materials,teaching management,teaching methods and curriculum contents were systematically investigated from the perspective of curriculum.The current situation of curriculum study in curriculum selection,curriculum satisfaction,curriculum assessment and social evaluation was analyzed from the perspective of college students.It is found that the teaching content of public calisthenics is relatively outdated and single,lacking fashion and cutting edge,lacking in curriculum richness,monotonous and outdated teaching methods,and students'learning enthusiasm is weak,resulting in the conflict between"not enough to eat"and"not enough to eat".Drawing on the advanced experience of other provinces and cities,this paper proposes to implement hierarchical teaching reform under the curriculum concept of"student development as the center".Different levels of teaching should be carried out according to students'learning background,sports foundation and special technical ability.The main position of students should be highlighted.The feelings,experiences and needs of students should be emphasized.A curriculum system conforming to the laws of students'sports development should be constructed.The overall level of teachers in public aerobics classes and university sports classes should be improved.The unity of generality and individuality of teaching materials should be grasped.Enrich the curriculum content and teaching methods,pay attention to the diversification of curriculum evaluation methods,highlight the level and difference of curriculum conten
