摘要 职业院校教学名师的培养和成长,对职业院校教师群体的发展具有引领、示范和辐射作用。通过采用解释结构模型法构建职业院校教学名师成长影响因素的解释结构模型,并对影响其成长的因素及层级关系进行分析,得出教学能力、自主发展的意识与行为、培训机会、良好的师生关系、专业知识、实践能力、企业经历、学历、教学改革与创新、各种教学技能大赛、校本研究是表象层因素,职业信仰、人格是中间层因素,学习共同体、社会支持和家庭影响是根源层因素。基于此,针对性提出提升教师专业的素养、帮助其树立坚定的职业信念、构建教学名师成长的支持体系等成长策略。 The cultivation and growth of“famous teachers”in vocational colleges play a leading,exemplary and radiating role in the development of teachers in vocational colleges.By using the method of interpretative structural model,this paper constructs the interpretative structural model of the influencing factors of the growth of“famous teachers in vocational colleges,and analyzes the factors and hierarchical relationship that affect the growth of ufamous teachers”in vocational colleges.It concludes that teaching ability,awareness&behavior of self-development,training opportunities,good teacher-student relationship,professional knowledge,practical ability,enterprise experience,education background,teaching reform&innovation,various teaching skills competitions and school-based research are the superficial factors,and professional belief and personality are the intermediate factors,and learning community,social support and family influence are the root factors.To improve the professional quality of teachers and help teachers establish a firm professional belief,we should build a support system for the growth of famous teachers.
