摘要 发挥教师的示范作用是学生管理有序开展的重要抓手,也是高校提升管理质效的关键举措。大学生管理中教师的示范作用有着双重内涵:第一重在于对传统教师角色品德、学识、习惯上的有序传承;第二重在于对现代教师形象的创新树立,即引导教师做持续学习的引领者、可见教育的创新者、独立自主的宣教者。自媒体时代,发挥教师在大学生管理中的示范作用,应当从示范主体、方式、环境、评估四个方面入手,提升媒介素养打造专业教师,用足媒介载体塑造典型榜样,抓住媒介特性创设情境引领,平衡主体诉求提高管理质效,以切实增强教师的示范作用,进而推动大学生管理成效的提升,使其与自媒体时代的发展紧密契合。 To play the exemplary role of teachers is not only an important starting point for the orderly development of student management,but also a key measure for universities to improve the quality and efficiency of management.The demonstration role of teachers in the management of college students has dual connotations.The first is the orderly inheritance of traditional teachers'moral character,knowledge and habits.The second is the innovative establishment of modem teachers'image,namely,guiding teachers to be leaders of continuous learning,innovators of visible education and independent educators.In we-media era,to play the exemplary role of teachers in the management of college students,we should start from such four aspects as demonstration subject,mode,environment and evaluation,improve the media literacy to cultivate professional teachers,create typical examples with sufficient media carriers,grasp the characteristics of media to create situational guidance,and balance the demands of subject to improve the quality of management so as to enhance the exemplary role of teachers and promote the improvement of the effectiveness of student management,which makes it closely fit with the development of we-media era.
