花生重要农艺性状QTL/基因定位研究进展

摘要 培育高产、高抗、优质的作物新品种是确保粮食安全、促进农业可持续发展的重要基础。分子育种能够提高后代筛选效率、缩短育种进程,是作物新品种培育的重要手段,而重要农艺性状QTL/基因定位是分子育种的前提。花生是我国总产第一的油料作物,近年随着基因组学、分子生物学的进步,花生重要农艺性状QTL/基因定位研究取得了重大进展。本文综述了花生遗传图谱及QTL/基因定位的研究进展,并对未来发展进行展望。 New crop varieties with high-yield,high-resistance and high-quality are important foundation for ensuring food security and promoting sustainable agricultural development.Molecular breeding is an important strategy to develop new crop varieties,which can improve the efficiency of selection and shorten the breeding process.Mapping of QTL/genes associated with important agronomic traits is the premise for molecular breeding.Peanut is one of the most important oil crops in China.In recent years,with the advancement of genomics and molecular biology,great progress has been made in QTLs/genes mapping.The research progress of peanut genetic map and QTLs/genes mapping is summarized in this paper.
