花生品种不同营养器官白藜芦醇含量分析

摘要 为筛选高白藜芦醇含量的花生品种,采用超声萃取法提取、高效液相色谱法测定白藜芦醇含量,对28个花生品种不同营养器官中白藜芦醇含量进行了分析。结果表明,不同花生品种不同营养器官中白藜芦醇含量差异较大,所有品种根部、茎部和叶片中白藜芦醇的平均含量分别为0.276 mg/g、0.173 mg/g和0.098 mg/g,白藜芦醇含量整体趋势表现为根>茎>叶片。HY17、HY21、HY32、HY612、HY910、HY911、HY913、HY918、HY919根部白藜芦醇含量(0.289~0.738 mg/g)高于根中平均值;HY19、HY23、HY32、HY50、HY60、HY612、HY 910、HY911、HY913茎中白藜芦醇含量(0.177~0.631 mg/g)高于茎中平均值;HY17、HY19、HY23、HY32、HY38、HY55、HY 910、HY913、HY917叶片中白藜芦醇含量(0.114~0.306 mg/g)高于叶片中平均值。统计分析结果表明,HY50、HY910、HY911、HY913四个花生品种的植株具有较高的开发潜力。该研究为白藜芦醇的提取纯化提供了廉价丰富的来源,也为花生植物废弃物的再加工利用提供了新的思路。 The purpose of this study was to screen peanut varieties with high resveratrol content.Resveratrol was extracted by ultrasonic extraction,and the content of resveratrol was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The content of resveratrol in roots,stems and leaves of 28 peanut varieties was studied.The results showed that the contents of resveratrol in different nutritional organs of different peanut varieties were quite different.The average contents of resveratrol in roots,stems and leaves of all peanut varieties were 0.276 mg/g,0.173 mg/g and 0.098 mg/g,respectively.The overall trend of resveratrol content was root>stem>leaf.Resveratrol content(0.289~0.738 mg/g)in roots of HY17,HY21,HY32,HY612,HY910,HY911,HY913,HY918 and HY919 was higher than the average value in roots.The resveratrol content(0.177~0.631 mg/g)in stems of HY19,HY23,HY32,HY50,HY60,HY612,HY 910,HY911 and HY913 was higher than the average value in stems.The resveratrol content(0.114~0.306 mg/g)in leaves of HY17,HY19,HY23,HY32,HY38,HY55,HY 910,HY913 and HY917 was higher than the average value in leaves.The results of statistical analysis showed that the plants of HY50,HY910,HY911 and HY913 had more development and utilization value.This study provided a cheap and abundant source of resveratrol,and also provided a new approach for the reprocessing and utilization of peanut plant waste.
