摘要 以花育22号(H,钙敏感型)和L-2010(L,钙不敏感型)为试验材料,开展大田试验,设0、150和300 kg·hm-2三个钙肥(CaO)处理梯度,研究施钙量对花生荚果不同发育时期功能叶片衰老特性及产量的影响。结果表明,施用钙肥可提高花育22号和L-2010整个荚果发育时期的SOD、POD、CAT活性,降低MDA含量;且在同一荚果发育时期,随施钙量的增加,两品种的SOD、POD、CAT活性均呈先升高后降低的趋势;施钙提高了出仁率、百仁质量和百果质量,提升了花生产量。综上可见,施钙肥可改善花生叶片衰老特性,为最终产量打下坚实基础。本试验条件下,适宜钙肥施用量为CaO 150 kg·hm-2。 Taking peanut cultivars Huayu22(H,calcium sensitive)and L-2010(L,calcium insensitive)as experimental materials,field experiment were conducted to study the effects of calcium application(CaO 0,150 and 300 kg·hm-2respectively)on the senescence characteristics of functional leaves and yield of peanut at different pod development stages.The results showed that the application of calcium fertilizer increased the activities of SOD,POD and CAT but reduced the content of MDA in the whole pod development period of Huayu22 and L-2010.In the same pod development period,with the increasing of calcium,the activities of SOD,POD and CAT of the two varieties increased at first and then decreased.The application of calcium increased the kernel rate,100 kernel mass and 100 fruit mass,thus increased the yield of peanut.In conclusion,calcium application can improve the senescence characteristics of peanut leaves and lay a solid foundation for the final yield.Under the condition of this experiment,the suitable amount of calcium(CaO)is 150 kg·hm-2.
