我国高校图书馆应用弹幕视频网服务现状调查--以Bilibili网为例

摘要 新冠疫情的爆发促使年轻用户群体的阅读习惯加快向更加新颖的网络平台倾斜,尽早布局弹幕视频网对于图书馆延伸服务半径、提升网络服务质量、促进品牌推广等具有现实意义。采用网络调查法,选取国内开设B站官方账号的14家高校图书馆作为调查对象,从图书馆应用弹幕视频网的基本概况与实际运营两个层面入手,梳理其开通现状、认证情况、账号名称,剖析其视频发布数量、内容类型、推广效果。我国高校图书馆弹幕视频网的应用尚处于起步阶段,存在以下问题:官方平台数量少,重视程度不足;视频更新频率较低,用户互动性不高;视频主题类型单一,原创性内容偏少;视频推广效果层次不齐,品牌影响力不强。建议:培育多元化服务理念,布局弹幕视频服务平台;设置专业化管理团队,吸纳学生群体参与运营;调研用户个性化需求,坚持视频制作“内容为王”;重视与用户的互动性,巩固用户对平台的黏度;提升视频推广效果,拓展品牌影响力;推动微博、微信、弹幕视频网互通协作,搭建矩阵式网络运营体系。 The outbreak of the“C0VID-19”has accelerated the transformation of the reading habits of young user groups to innovative online platforms,and the early deployment of the bullet screen video network is of great significance for libraries to extend their service radius,improve network service quality,and promote brand promotion.By means of online survey,the paper investigates 14 college libraries that have established official accounts in Bilibili.Starting with the basic overview and actual operation of the library's application of the platform,it sorts out the application status,certification status,and account name,analyzes the number of videos released,content types,promotion effect,and explores the potential value between the platform and library services.This study found that the application of the bullet screen video network of Chinese university libraries is still in its infancy,with a small number of official platforms and insufficient attention;video update frequency is lo w,and user interaction is not high;video theme types are single,and the original content is not enough;the level of video promotion effect is uneven,and the brand influence is not strong.The suggestions are:cultivating diversified services and deploying the bullet screen video service platform;developing a professional operation and management team to attract student groups to participate in the operation;investigating the individual needs of users,and insisting on“content is king”in video production;attaching importance to the interaction with users,and consolidating the user's stickiness to the platform;improving the effect of video promotion,and expanding brand influence;promoting the interoperability and collaboration of Weibo,WeChat,and bulletin video networks,and building a matrix network operation system.
