摘要 2019年6月,江苏省公共图书馆智库服务联盟正式成立。联盟发展至今,存在发展战略尚不清晰、服务标准有待细化、智库服务质量有待加强、智库服务专业人才缺口较大、成员单位协同发展有待深化等问题。为推动联盟可持续发展,应制定联盟“十四五”发展战略,制定服务标准,完善动态管理机制,提高智库服务成果质量,优化人才队伍建设,共建协同创新平台。 In June 2019,the Jiangsu Public Library Think Tank Service Alliance was formally established.So far,the development strategy of the alliance is still unclear,service standards need to be refined,think tank service quality needs to be strengthened,there is a shortage of skilled professionals,and the coordinated development of member units needs to be deepened.In order to promote the sustainable development of the Alliance,it is necessary to formulate the Alliance’s“14th Five-Year Plan”development strategy,develop service standards,perfect dynamic management mechanisms,improve the quality of think tank service results,optimize the talent team s,and jointly build a collaborative innovation platform.
