摘要 目的:研究成人女性鼻唇沟处软组织正畸治疗前后的变化。方法:纳入40例2014~2017年完成治疗的骨性I类或轻度Ⅱ类错的成人女性患者,非拔牙及拔牙正畸治疗各20例,分别于治疗前(T0)、治疗结束(T1)时拍摄3dMD,获得面部软组织的三维数据,并在同一坐标系中进行测量分析。结果:非拔牙与拔牙成人女性正畸后鼻唇沟处软组织均有负向改变的趋势,拔牙组较非拔牙组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:成人女性正畸后面部鼻唇沟软组织有一定的变化趋势。 Objective:To study the changes of soft tissue in nasolabial folds of adult women after orthodontic treatment.Methods:40 adult female patients with skeletal class I or mild skeletal class II malocclusion underwent orthodontic treatment with extraction(n=20)and non-extraction(n=20)respectively were included.The 3dMD was taken before treatment(T0)and at the end of treatment(T1),the 3D data of facial soft tissue were measured and analyzed in the same coordinate system.Results:After orthodontic treatment,the soft tissue of nasolabial folds in non-extraction and extraction groups showed a negative trend,and in extraction group the changes were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The soft tissue of nasolabial folds in adult women has a certain trend of change after orthodontic treatment.
