摘要 【目的】分析云南水稻地方品种资源的褐飞虱抗性与籼粳基因型的关系,为今后从云南水稻地方品种资源进行褐飞虱抗性材料的定向遗传改良提供依据。【方法】通过田间自然鉴定法及InDel分子标记技术分别对来自云南省10个地州(市)40个县(区)的176份水稻地方品种资源的褐飞虱抗性及籼粳类型进行鉴定,并分析其褐飞虱抗性级别与籼粳基因频率的相关性。【结果】云南水稻地方品种资源的籼粳分化明显,InDel分子指数法划分的7种籼粳类型在176份云南水稻地方品种资源中均有出现,其中典型籼稻28份、籼稻84份、偏籼5份、中间型6份、偏粳2份、粳稻26份、典型粳稻25份。通过田间自然鉴定初步从176份云南水稻地方品种资源中筛选出45份抗褐飞虱种质,其中安南谷(普洱市)和老来红(西双版纳州)对褐飞虱表现为抗,其他43份资源均表现为中抗;进一步的相关性分析表明云南水稻地方品种资源的褐飞虱抗性级别与籼型基因频率呈极显著负相关(r=-0.345,P<0.01),45份抗褐飞虱的资源中除糯谷(临沧市,Fi=0.13)为粳稻外,其他资源均为籼型基因频率>0.60的籼型稻(典型籼稻、籼稻和偏籼)资源。【结论】云南水稻地方品种的褐飞虱抗性级别与籼型基因频率呈极显著负相关,通过田间自然鉴定法筛选出对褐飞虱表现出抗性的45份资源中有2份(普洱市的安南谷和西双版纳州的老来红)表现为抗,可作为培育抗褐飞虱品种的亲本材料,以丰富云南的抗褐飞虱种质资源。 【Objective】The relationship between brown planthopper(BPH)resistance and indica-japonica genotypes in Yunnan local rice variety resources was studied for providing a basis for future targeted genetic improvement of BPH-resistant resources.【Method】Total of 176 rice local varieties resources from 40 counties in 10 prefectures of Yunnan Province were identified by field natural identification method and InDel molecular marker technology.The correlation between the resistance grade of BPH and the gene frequencies of indica-japonica in Yunnan rice local varieties was analyzed.【Result】The differentiation of indica-japonica was obvious in the local rice resources of Yunnan.The seven types of indica-japonica rice types classified by the InDel molecular index method all appeared in 176 local rice varieties in Yunnan,including 28 typical indica rice,84 indica rice,5 indicaclinous rice,6 intermediate type rice,2 japonicaclinous rice,26 japonica rice and 25 typical japonica rice.The 45 BPH resistant rice germplasms were screened out from 176 local rice varieties in Yunnan Province through field natural identification.Among them,Annangu(Pu’er)and Laolaihong(Xishuangbanna)showed resistance to BPH,and the other 43 resources showed moderately resistant to BPH.The further correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the BPH resistance grade and gene frequencies of indica type in 176 local rice varieties in Yunnan(r=-0.345,P<0.01).Among the 45 resources that showed resistance to BPH,except that Nuogu(Lincang,Fi=0.13)was japonica rice,the others had indica type gene frequencies>0.60.【Conclusion】There was a significant negative correlation between the resistance level of BPH and the gene frequencies of indica type in Yunnan local rice varieties.Among the 45 resources,2 resources(annangu in Pu’er and laolaihong in Xishuangbanna)were resistant to BPH,which could be used as parent materials to cultivate varieties resistant to BPH and enrich germplasm resources resistant to BP
