摘要 【目的】本文探究了滴灌水肥一体化不同施氮量对玉米光合特性及产量的影响。【方法】以天赐19号为试验材料,采用随机区组设计,设置6个不同施氮处理研究了玉米光合特性、荧光参数及产量的影响。【结果】随着玉米施氮量增加,A3处理下的净光合速率(Pn)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)显著高于其它处理;荧光参数表明,A3处理下的PSⅡ原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ潜在光合活性(Fv/Fo)、单位反应中心吸收的光能(ABS/RC)、PSⅡ综合性能指数(PI)均高于其它处理;在A3处理下的产量构成因素更优于其他处理,而产量比其他处理分别高了11.02%、9.74%、7.10%、5.53%、6.65%;相关性分析表明,光合指标、光化学活性与产量均呈正相关关系。【结论】在滴灌水肥一体化模式下,施氮量为270 kg·hm-2时是提高玉米叶片光合特性的最佳处理,且在此处理下玉米获得最高产量。 【Objective】The present paper aimed to explore the effects of different nitrogen application rates on the photosynthetic characteristics and yield of maize under drip irrigation.【Method】Taken Tianci 19 as tested material,the effects of six different nitrogen treatments with a randomized block design on its photosynthetic characteristics,fluorescence parameters were studied.【Result】With the increase of nitrogen application,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),stomatal conductance(Gs)and transpiration rate(Tr)under A3 treatment were significantly higher than that under other treatments;Fluorescence parameters indicated PSII primary light energy conversion efficiency(Fv/Fm)and PSII potential photosynthetic activity(Fv/Fo)under A3 treatment,the light energy absorbed by the unit reaction center(ABS/RC)and the PSII comprehensive performance index(PI)were higher than that by other treatments;The yield component under A3 treatment were better than that under other treatments,while the yield was 11.02%,9.74%,7.10%,5.53%and 6.65%higher than that under other treatments.Correlation analysis showed that photosynthetic index,photochemical activity were positively correlated with yield.【Conclusion】Therefore,under the integrated mode of drip irrigation and fertilizer,the optimum treatment for improving the photosynthetic characteristics of maize leaves when the nitrogen application rate is 270 kg·hm-2 and the highest yield of maize under this treatment.
