摘要 为实现工厂内仪器仪表的状态监测及设计工具的互操作等问题,提出一种基于数据字典管理壳编码和数字孪生仿真相结合的标准化建模方式。在数据字典管理壳构建方面,利用层次化描述信息,构建分组式的规则组合,明确了仪器仪表中几何、运动、行为、控制逻辑、拓扑、层级、通信、网络等机理特征,并建立这些方面的映射规则;另外,为了改善现有数据管理系统,提出协调制造基础设施资源中仪器仪表本体信息,并包含动态管理信息的应用管理系统,对处于仪器仪表采集数据的信息进行边缘处理,最终保证了各资源的数据协同管理。 In order to implement the state monitoring of instruments in the factory and the Interoperability between varied engineering tools,a standardized modeling approach was proposed which combined data dictionary administration shell coding and digital twin simulation.In one hand,a hierarchical information description was employed and grouping rules were constructed for defining the mechanism characteristics of geometry,motion,behavior,control logic,topology,hierarchy,communication and so on,and establish mapping rules for these aspects.In the other hand,for the purpose of improving the existing service mode,coordinating the information of instrument ontology in manufacturing infrastructure resources was suggested,and application service mode of management information should be involved in the ontology.The data collected by instruments was processed distributedly and virtually in the edge for ensureing the the collaborative data management of each resources.
