摘要 水安全建设事关粮食安全、经济安全、生态安全、国家安全。为科学评估水安全保障可靠度水平,构建由5个一级评价指标、26个二级评价指标组成的评价指标体系,由熵权法和专家赋权法耦合确定综合权重,得到水安全保障可靠度可拓物元评价模型,并将其应用于郯城县水安全保障可靠度水平评价中,结果表明:郯城县水安全保障综合关联度水平为良好,与实情吻合,水安全保障可靠度可拓物元评价模型丰富了水安全保障可靠度水平评价方法,具有一定可行性和有效性。 Water security construction is related to food security,economic security,ecological security and national security.In order to sci⁃entifically evaluate the reliability level of water safety and security,the evaluation index system consisting of 5 first⁃level evaluation indicators and 26 second⁃level evaluation index was constructed,the comprehensive weight was determined by the coupling of entropy right method and expert empowerment method,the evaluation model of water safety and security reliability could be used and it was applied to the evaluation of water safety and security reliability level in Tancheng County.The results show that the evaluation model of water safety and security reliabili⁃ty can be used to enrich the evaluation method of water safety and security reliability level and has certain feasibility and effectiveness.
