摘要 依据食品安全道德理论,阐述了食品安全道德的三层意义:一是人类生命价值的重要体现;二是有利于食品行业的健康发展;三是关系着社会的和谐稳定。分析了食品安全问题的道德现状:少数企业(生产者)道德缺位;某些地方政府市场监管部门职能存在不足;社会监督不能完全到位,消费者维权意识不强。提出了解决食品安全问题的道德建设路径:加强企业道德诚信建设;强化地方政府的监管职能;发挥社会的监督职能;推进公民道德建设。 According to the moral theory of food safety,this paper expounds three levels of significance of food safety morality:First,it is an important embodiment of the value of human life;second,it is conducive to the healthy development of the food industry;third,it is related to social harmony and stability.This paper analyzes the current situation of the morality of food safety:The lack of morality of enterprises(producers);the function of market supervision departments of some local governments is deficient;social supervision is not fully in place,and consumers have a weak awareness of safeguarding their rights.The author puts forward the moral construction path to solve the food safety problem:Strengthening the construction of enterprise moral integrity;strengthening the supervisory function of local government;giving play to the supervision function of the society and improving civic morality.
