摘要 互联网信息技术引入交通事故处理,推动了交通事故快处快赔机制的深刻变革。为了落实以人民为中心的发展理念,推进交通事故快速处置,提升便民利民效率,那么线上快处快赔系统设计理念优化和功能完善是基础,快处环节“民用版”用户群体培育是重点,快赔环节警保联动信息共享力度是难点。结合公安交通管理工作实际,可通过系统设计理念更新功能完善、源头管理、信息共享与研判机制构建等一系列措施,推动快处快赔机制完善,提高事故处理效能。 The introduction of Internet and information technology into traffic accident handling has promoted a profound change in the road traffic accident expedited processing and compensation mechanism.In order to implement the people-centered development concept,the online expedited processing and rapid compensation system design concept optimization and function improvement are the foundation,and the civilian version users of the expedited processing link Group cultivation is the key point,and information sharing of police and insurance linkages is a difficult point.Combining with the actual work of public security traffic management,a series of measures such as system design concept update,functional improvement,source management,information sharing and research and judgment mechanism construction can be used to promote the improvement of rapid processing and rapid compensation mechanisms and improve the efficiency of accident processing.
