以第二课堂为平台的医学生创新创业教育模式研究

摘要 第二课堂作为第一课堂教学的有益补充,是提高医学生综合素质与能力的有效途径,也是培养创新型医学人才的有效途径和实践平台。以第二课堂为平台的医学生创新创业教育模式存在着目标定位不清晰、与专业教育分离、理论与实践脱节等问题。通过明晰人才培养目标、营造校园文化、融合专业教育、重视科研创新、搭建实践平台等途径,有助于构建有效的以第二课堂为平台的医学生创新创业教育模式,提升医学生的创新创业能力。 The second class,as a beneficial supplement to the first class,is an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of medical students,as well as an effective way and practice platform to cultivate innovative medical talents.However,the innovation and entrepreneurship education model of medical students based on the second classroom has some problems,such as unclear target orientation,separation from professional education,disconnection between theory and practice,etc.Through building campus culture,integrating professional education,attaching importance to scientific research and innovation,building practice platform and other approaches,it is helpful to build an effective innovation and entrepreneurship education model for medical students based on the second classroom platform and improve their innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
