摘要
利用纤维素纳米纤(CNFs)稳定的油相中含有聚苯乙烯(PS)的O/W型Pickering乳液凝胶,经进一步真空过滤、溶剂洗涤和热压过程制备了CNFs增强的PS(CNFs/PS)复合材料。所得的C-CNFs/PS复合薄膜材料具有独特的多尺度的三维交联网络结构。其中,大部分PS以鹅卵石状镶嵌在微米级的三维交联网络结构中,而其则由初始的相互缠结交联的CNFs与少量PS形成的CNFs/PS复合片层构成。所得的复合材料具有良好的热稳定性、优异的透明性和力学性能。当CNFs的含量为48%时,其最佳拉伸强度为63 MPa,与纯PS相比,提高了约4.5倍,同时在600~800 nm的波长范围内保持约87%的优异透光率。
The oil-in-water Pickering emulsion gel stablized by cellulose nanofibrils(CNFs)was combined with vacuum filtration,solvent washing and hot pressing process to prepare CNFs reinforced polystyrene(PS)matrix composites(C-CNFs/PS).The obtained C-CNFs/PS composites have a uniquely multiscale three-dimensional crosslinked network structure.In the composites,most PS microspheres as pebble-shaped structure are inbeded in micrometer-sized 3D cross-linking networks,which consists of composite layers built by a few PS and nanometer-sized CNFs networks.The composites are endowed with better thermal stability,excellent transparency and mechanical properties.When the content of CNFs is 48%,the optimal tensile strength reaches up to 63 MPa,which marks an improvement of approximately 4.5 times compared with that of a neat PS,and an excellent light transmittance of about 87%in the wavelength range of 600~800 nm is maintained.
