摘要 采用静电吸附的方法在玻璃纤维(GF)表面复合β成核剂,研究了改性前后聚丙烯(PP)/GF复合材料的结构与性能,得到了GF增强PP的复合材料。结果表明,静电吸附的方法可以在GF表面成功吸附β成核剂;而β成核剂的存在可诱导PP表面附生结晶,增强PP与GF的界面黏结力,显著提高PP/GF复合材料的力学性能,尤其是材料的冲击强度。相比于未改性的PP/GF复合材料,采用静电吸附法制备的PP/GF@β复合材料拉伸强度提高了7.9%,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度提高了37.8%。 βnucleating agent was coated on the surface of glass fiber through electrostatic adsorption,the structure and properties of modified PP/GF composites were investigated.The experimental results show thatβnucleating agent could be successfully loaded on the surface of GF through electrostatic adsorption effects,the presence ofβnucleating agent could induce PP epitaxial crystallization on the surface of the glass fiber and enhance the interfacial adhesion of PP with GF,significantly improve the mechanical properties of PP/GF composites especially their impact performance.Comparing with unmodified PP/GF composites,PP/GF@βcomposites’tensile strength prepared by electrostatic adsorption increases by 7.9%,the izod impact strength increases by 37.8%.
