摘要
采用离散相位法(DPM),建立单螺杆挤出机熔融输送段熔体输送模型,分析流场特性并预测螺杆易发生冲蚀的区域,研究螺杆转速、填料粒径和填料质量分数对螺杆冲蚀的影响。结果表明,流场压力从入口向出口逐渐升高,且螺棱推力面处的压力大于螺棱背面的压力;流场速度分布沿着径向从机筒向螺杆表面逐渐增加;螺棱推力面顶部、螺棱背面顶部和螺棱背面根部为螺杆易发生冲蚀的位置;螺杆的最大冲蚀率随着螺杆转速、填料粒径和填料质量分数的增加而增大。
The numerical model for melting transport part of single screw extruder was built by the Discrete Phase Method(DPM)to analyze the fluid distribution,to predict the areas which were vulnerable to erosion and to study the influence of the screw speed,particle diameter and mass flow rate on screw erosion.The results show that the pressure in the flow field increases gradually from the inlet to the outlet,and the pressure on the thrust surface of the spiral edge is greater than that on the back of the spiral edge.The velocity distribution of the flow field increases along the radial direction from the cylinder to the screw surface.The easy erosion area of the melt conveying section of single screw extruder is the top of thrust surface of screw edge,the back top of screw edge and the back root of screw edge.The maximum erosion rate of screw increases with the increase of screw speed,packing particle size and packing mass fraction.
