摘要
通过对近20年国内学界有关教育学本科专业改革实践和学理探讨的成果进行梳理,可以发现过去对于教育学本科专业改革实践探索和学理思考存在的利弊得失。从教育学专业建设所面临的严峻形势和近年研究生教育改革发展对教育学专业建设所造成的不同方面影响来剖析,教育学本科专业改革应摆脱过去“以就业而论专业、就本科而论本科”的思维定势,树立整体、大局和战略观念,从教育学科建设、尤其是未来教育研究专业人才队伍建设的大局出发,构建由教育学学士、教育学硕士和教育学博士三级学位所构成的教育学科人才培养体系,统筹本科和硕士研究生(或博士研究生)不同阶段的人才培养工作;要将教育学专业当作教育学科人才培养完整体系的基础部分,制定从本科到硕士研究生或从本科到硕士研究生和博士研究生的完整的培养计划,通过贯通或一体化培养,造就不同层次的教育研究专业人才,实现教育学专业的重建和新生。
By reviewing the achievements of the practice and theoretical discussion on the reform of undergraduate education in recent 20 years,there are the advantages and disadvantages of the past exploration and theoretical thinking on the reform of undergraduate pedagogy discipline.based on the analysis of the severe situation faced by the construction of education as a study discipline,and the influence of the reform and development of postgraduate education on the construction of education discipline in recent years,the reform of undergraduate education discipline should dispose of the labeled ideology of discipline connected with employment,and undergraduate being only undergraduate.This requires establishing the strategic concept to construct education discipline,especially in the future.In order to produce competent talents in the discipline of education,there is a need to build a talent training system of education discipline composed of bachelors,masters,and doctoral degree,and coordinate the talent training work among these degrees at different stages.In addition,education major should be the basic part of the whole talent training system of education discipline.The complete training plan from undergraduate to postgraduate and doctoral students can bring up different levels of education research professionals through an integrated training,so as to realize the reconstruction and rebirth of education discipline in the higher education.
