摘要
新中国成立以来,我国劳动教育整体呈现社会工具取向,与劳动教育相关的政策、理论和实践也逐渐显现出“内卷化”的困顿。当今社会是一个彰显人之生命价值的时代,如若仍以单一社会服务为导向来实施劳动教育,必然带来工具价值和生命主体的冲突。内源发展理论强调事物内部规律的生长,为新时代劳动教育的变革提供一条自下而上、由内到外的可能路径,催生“内源发展劳动教育”的产生。内源发展劳动教育是基于人、通过人、为了人,采用内源发展的思维方式探究劳动教育的运行机制,以期实现人的劳动自觉和生命成长。为突破当前劳动教育的内卷化,需在劳动教育思想上由工具价值走向生命本位,在劳动教育资源上由资源等待走向内容创生,在劳动教育实施上由外在传递走向内外互动,在劳动教育评价上由指向社会扩展到个体自觉。提出内源发展劳动教育,绝非完全否定外在设计劳动教育,而是希望在内外双重逻辑的综合融通中,为我国劳动教育的发展提供一种合乎逻辑而或恰当适切的可能:外在设计和内源发展共同构筑着我国社会主义劳动教育的新体系、新话语和新格局。
Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,labor education in China presents the value orientation of social tools as a whole.The policy,theory and practice related to labor education gradually show the dilemma of involution.Modern society is an era of highlighting the value of human life.If labor education is still carried out under the guidance of single social service,it will inevitably bring about the conflict between tool value and life subject.The theory of endogenous development emphasizes the growth of the internal laws of things,provides a possible path from bottom to top and from the inside to the outside for the reform of labor education in the new era,and promotes the emergence of internally generated labor education.The endogenous labor education is based on people,and adopts the thinking mode of endogenous development to explore the operation mechanism so as to realize people's labor consciousness and life growth.In order to break through the current involution of labor education,it is necessary to move from tool value to life orientation in labor education thought,from resource waiting to content creation in labor education resources,from external transmission to internal and external interaction in labor education implementation,and from direction to society to individual consciousness in labor education evaluation.It is not a complete negation of the external designed labor education to put forward the internal generated labor education,but a logical or appropriate possibility for the development of China's labor education in the comprehensive integration of internal and external dual logics.They jointly construct a new system,new discourse and new pattern of socialistic labor education with Chinese characteristics.
