摘要 学界基于历史制度主义范式分析中国高校教师聘任制度变迁逻辑和改革历程的研究在核心概念、解释框架和理论模型等方面具有诸多不足,他们偏重于制度变迁影响因素的分析而忽略对制度变迁机制的探索,这就使得历史制度主义范式无法提供一个完整的制度变迁理论。高校教师聘任制度变迁是人类社会演化的产物,基于制度变迁广义理论构建的中国高校教师聘任制度变迁理论提供了一个以“新观念—(人工)选择—稳定化”为核心机制的分析路径,有助于准确理解清末以来我国高校教师聘任制度走过的百年变迁史,并在经验和理论层面表现出更具优势的解释力。基于该理论,长期而言,构建一个以高校教师为中心的教育评价治理体系是走出中国高校教师聘任制度改革困境的可行策略。 based on the paradigm of historical institutionalism,the research on the change logic and reform process of university teacher appointment system in China has many deficiencies in the core concepts,interpretation framework and theoretical model.Major focus on the analysis of the influencing factors of institutional change while ignoring the exploration of the mechanism of institutional change makes the historical institutionalism paradigm unable to provide a complete theory of institutional change.The change in the appointment system of teachers in higher education institutions is the product of the evolution of human society.based on the generalized theory of institutional change,the theory of university teacher appointment system change in China provides an analysis path with"new concept,selection and stabilization"as the core mechanism,which helps to accurately understand the hundred year history of China's university teacher appointment system since the end of the Qing Dynasty,and shows a more advantageous explanatory power in experience and theory.based on this theory,in the long run,it is a feasible strategy to build a governance system of education evaluation with university teachers as the center to evade the dilemma of the reform of university teacher appointment system in China.
