摘要
高等教育现代化是教育现代化的重要组成部分。《中国教育现代化2035》为我国高等教育现代化指明了前进方向。高等教育现代化包括本质内涵、逻辑起点、关键要素和时代旨归等核心要义。面向2035的中国高等教育现代化,其发展愿景是通过优化发展理念、完善制度体系、聚焦人才培养、增强技术力量和规范治理结构来实现高等教育发展的新布局、新视野、新高度、新突破和新格局。面向2035的中国高等教育现代化,在动力机制上要充分发挥理念引导力、制度保障力、人才驱动力、技术创新力和治理推动力的作用,促进中国高等教育治理体系与治理能力现代化建设;在实践路径上需要不断激发高等教育的发展活力、提升高等教育国际化水平、促进高等教育内涵式发展、推动高等教育开放式发展、保障高等教育可持续发展,为我国2035年总体实现教育现代化、迈入教育强国行列奠定坚实基础。
The modernization of higher education is an important part of the modernization of education.Chinese Education Modernization 2035 Plan indicates the direction for the modernization of higher education in China.The modernization of higher education involves the essential connotation,the logical starting point,the key elements and the purpose of the times.Facing 2035,the modernization of higher education in China needs to realize the new layout,new vision,new height,new breakthrough and new pattern of the development of higher education by optimizing the development concept,perfecting the system,pooling the talent training,strengthening the technical force and standardizing the governance structure.At the same time,it is necessary to give full play to the role of ideological guidance,political foundation,talent driving force,technological innovation and educational influence to promote the modernization of China's higher education governance system and governance capacity.In the practical path,it is necessary to continuously stimulate the development vitality of higher education,enhance the internationalization level of higher education,promote the connotative development of higher education,promote the open development of higher education,and ensure the sustainable development of higher education.It will lay a solid foundation for China's overall realization of education modernization and stepping into the ranks of education powerful countries in 2035.
