摘要 劳动教育的实质指向教育与劳动之间的关系问题。包含与被包含、相交与相离是劳动和教育既独立又相互联系的四种样态。相交状态的劳动教育是理想的,它赓续人的自然生命、丰盈人的社会生命、提升人的精神生命,指引人走向真、善、美。然而,新时代劳动和教育常常处于包含、被包含以及相互割裂的状态,导致在劳动教育实践中常常出现厚此薄彼或割裂彼此的异化现象,偏离了应有的价值意蕴。在劳动实践中回归教育之真、在情感烘托中引领善的真谛、在关注个体中启迪心灵之美、在多元教育中培育完整的人是新时代实现劳动和教育深度融合和动态互动及探索劳动教育本真精神的实践匡正。 The essence of labor education points to the relationship between education and labor.Inclusion,attachment,intersection and separation are the four independent and interrelated modes of labor and education.The intersecting state of labor education is ideal that continues natural life of people,enriches their social life,promotes spiritual life,and guides people towards truth,goodness and beauty.However,in the new era,labor and education are often in the state of inclusion,attachment,and mutual separation,which leads to the alienation phenomenon of favoring one another or separating one another in the practice of labor and education that deviates from its value implication.Returning to the truth of education in labor practice,leading the true meaning of good in emotional contrast,enlightening the beauty of soul in paying attention to individuals,and cultivating people in diversified education are the practical corrections to realize the deep and dynamic interaction of labor and education,and to explore the true spirit of labor education in the new era.
