《11种杀菌剂对黄瓜靶斑病菌的室内毒力测定》为作者:李新阳最新的研究成果,本论文的主要观点为摘要:由Corynespora cassiicola引起的黄瓜靶斑病是目前设施栽培中的重要病害,严重影响黄瓜的生产。本文采用菌丝生长速率法开展了11种杀菌剂对黄瓜靶斑病菌的室内毒力测定。综合试验结果,96%咪鲜胺TC,20%苯醚甲环唑ME,30%苯甲·吡唑酯SC,200g/L美甜SC,40%氟硅唑EC,26%苯甲·嘧菌酯SC和430g/L戊唑醇SC对黄瓜靶斑病菌的生长抑制显著,可用于进一步的田间防效试验。 Abstract: Cucumber target leaf spot caused by Corynespora cassiicola is one of the most predominant diseases and poses an increasing threat to cucumber, especially in protected cultivation。 Mycelial growth rate method was employed to test for toxicity of 11 fungicides against C。 cassiicola in vitro。 The results clearly demonstrated prochloraz 96% TC, difenoconazole 20% ME, difenoconazole/pyraclostrobin 30% SC, adepidyn/difenoconazole 200g/L SC, flusilazole 40% EC, azoxystrobin/difenoconazole 26% SC and tebuconazole 430g/L SC can effectively inhibit the growth of C。 cassiicola and are recommended to be further used in field trials。不知是否符合录用要求,望您批评与指正。
