最新的研究成果,本论文的主要观点为Y-zeolite with good intergrowth was used to modify the T-zeolite membrane to obtain a T/Y composite membrane with high flux。 The phase and microstructure of composite membrane were observed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively。 The optimum synthesis conditions of T/Y composite membrane, including water content, synthesis time and temperature were determined by pervaporation analysis。 Results indicated that T/Y composite membrane prepared by n(SiO2):n(Al2O3):n(Na2O):n(H2O)=25:1:22:600X with X=3/4 as water ratio in synthetic gel only contained T-zeolite and Y-zeolite when the synthesis temperature was 100℃, the crystallisation time was 7h。 The permeation flux of composite membrane for ethanol (90 wt。%)/water (10 wt。%) mixed liquid system at 75℃ remained above 4。125 kg•m−2•h−1, and permeate water content was higher than 99。914 wt。%。不知是否符合录用要求,望您批评与指正。
