摘要 当前,"双循环"新发展格局已经成为国内学界研究的热门话题。通过相关领域学者围绕"双循环"新发展格局的科学内涵、理论基础、历史模式、形成原因、实践路径等问题展开研究,取得了一定的成果。但现有研究存在着以下不足:对政策文件的一般化的论证、解读和诠释,缺乏问题意识,特别是对其面临的困难与挑战研究不够。还需要进一步在"双循环"新发展格局的科学内涵、理论基础和现实原因的研究中加强学理性分析,特别是要把理论基础研究和新发展格局、中国特殊的具体实践有机地结合起来;在践行路径的研究中深化国内循环和国际循环之间互相运动的内生关系和联动关系研究、构建完整内需体系研究,而不是简单讨论如何扩大内需。 At present,the new development pattern of"double circulation"has become a hot topic in domestic academic circles.Some achievements have been achieved through the research on the scientific connotation,theoretical basis,historical model,causes and practical path of the"double cycle"new development pattern by scholars in relevant fields.However,the existing research has the following shortcomings:the general argumentation,interpretation and interpretation of policy documents,lack of problem awareness,especially the difficulties and challenges faced by them.It is also necessary to further strengthen the scientific rational analysis in the research of the scientific connotation,theoretical basis and practical reasons of the"double cycle"new development pattern,especially to organically combine the theoretical basis research with the new development pattern and China’s special specific practice;deepen the research on the endogenous and linkage relationship between domestic cycle and international cycle in the research of practice path Research and build a complete system of domestic demand,rather than simply discuss how to expand domestic demand.
