摘要 目前,舰载设备中的舱门普遍采用电机或机械挡块的结构形式实现舱门开关状态的控制,主要存在使用和维保成本高、结构占用空间大、解锁不便利等问题,在实际应用中存在诸多不便。为解决上述问题,本文设计开发了一种自锁式舱门,并对舱门的结构和工作原理进行设计和分析,同时采用理论计算的方式对主要零部件进行计算和校核。此外,采用Simulate进行仿真计算,对舱门的主要零部件进行强度和刚度仿真分析,验证了方案的可行性。 At present,the cabin door of shipboard equipment was generally controlled by the structure of motor or mechanical block.There were some problems,such as high cost of use and maintenance,large space occupied by structure,inconvenient unlocking,and so on.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designed and developed a self-locking hatch door,designed and analyzed the structure and working principle of the cabin door,and calculated and checked the main parts by theoretical calculation.In addition,the strength and stiffness of the main parts of the cabin door were simulated by Simulate,and the feasibility of the scheme was verified.
