摘要 我国的河流综合治理正进入新的发展阶段。北方地区农村中小河流水环境、水污染、水生态问题突出,影响较大。系统解决农村中小河流污染和生态破坏问题,是农村可持续发展的当务之急。以辽东半岛南极河为例,通过主要水环境问题分析诊断,从污染控制、生态修复和水环境管理方面提出了农村中小河流综合治理和修复方案。方案的实施可以降低入河污染物总量,逐步恢复河流生态完整性和自净能力,实现河流水环境质量达标和流域环境生态优化目标。总之,北方农村中小河流治理工作,同样要普及和贯穿“河流是地球血液通道,生命通道”的理念,全力维护河流健康。 China's comprehensive river management is entering a new stage of development.The problems of water environment,water pollution and water ecology of small and medium-sized rivers in rural areas of northern China are prominent and have great influence.It is urgent to solve the problems of pollution and ecological damage of small and medium-sized rivers in rural areas.Taking the Antarctic River in Liaodong Peninsula as an example,through the analysis and diagnosis of main water environment problems,this paper puts forward the comprehensive treatment and restoration scheme of rural small and medium-sized rivers from the aspects of pollution control,ecological restoration and water environment management.The implementation of the scheme can reduce the total amount of pollutants into the river,gradually restore the ecological integrity and self purification capacity of the river,and achieve the goal of reaching the river water environmental quality standard and optimizing the river basin environmental ecology.In short,the governance of small and medium-sized rivers in northern rural areas should also popularize and run through the concept of“rivers are the blood channels and life channels of the earth”,and strive to maintain the health of rivers.
