摘要 [目的/意义]从风险源视角出发,构建视频类知识付费内容著作权侵权风险评价指标体系。[方法/过程]分析用户生成视频信息的传播与反馈路径,识别主要利益相关者及风险源,并构建指标体系,通过分析指标间的依存关系,构建ANP结构模型,运用超级决策软件计算出指标权重。[结果/结论]构建了包括"管理、法律、市场、技术、价值"在内的5个一级指标、16个二级指标和43个三级指标,其中,管理者最需要关注的是管理风险,其次是价值风险、市场风险、法律风险等。研究希望为推动视频类知识付费内容著作权风险的量化评估和著作权保护提供有益参考和指导。 [Purpose/significance]From the perspective of risk sources,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of copyright infringement risks for paid content of video knowledge.[Method/process]Firstly,this paper analyzes the information transmission and feedback path of the user-generated video and then identifies its major stakeholders and the risk sources.Secondly,an indicator system is built and the ANP structure model is constructed by analyzing the relationship among the indexes.Finally,the specific weight of the index is calculated by using super decision software.[Result/conclusion]It constructs five first-level indicators,including"management,law,market,technology and value",16 second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators.Among them,managers need to pay more attention to management risks,followed by value risks,market risks and legal risks.This paper hopes to provide useful reference and guidance for promoting the quantitative assessment and copyright protection of video knowledge paid content copyright risks.
