摘要 [目的/意义]声像情报概念的演进,始终与声像情报实践需求的拓展紧密相连。文章以联合作战需求为指南重新审视、界定声像情报概念,旨在推动解决现有声像情报工作实践中的矛盾问题,为声像情报快速融入联合作战提供依据和准则。[方法/过程]文章梳理了我国声像情报概念的演进历程,分析了联合作战视阈下声像情报概念的主要局限,提出了对声像情报概念内涵与外延的新认知,并基于上述研究结论提出了面向联合作战的声像情报概念。[结果/结论]文章首次尝试对我国声像情报概念演进脉络进行整体描绘,力求从多个层次以及多组关系的分析比照中更加全面、清晰地树立声像情报的概念边界,并对声像情报的职能任务、地位作用、运行机制和方向目标等提出了新的判断结论和研究意见。 [Purpose/significance]The concept evolution of Audio-Visual Intelligence(AVI)is closely bound up with the demand expansion in the fields of AVI services.In the light of joint operational requirements,this paper re-examines and defines the concept of AVI,aiming to solve the contradictions in current AVI services,and to provide bases and principles for the rapid integration of AVI into joint operations.[Method/process]This paper reviews the concept evolution of AVI in China,analyzes the main limitations of the concepts from the perspective of joint operations,and expresses the author’s new understanding on the connotation and extension of AVI.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,the concept system of AVI for joint operations is put forward.[Result/conclusion]For the first time,this paper attempts to depict the evolution context of AVI concept in China comprehensively,strives to establish the concept boundary wholly and clearly by analyzing the multiple levels and comparing several pairs of correlations,and then provides new research anticipations and conclusions about the functions,status,mechanism and goals of AVI.
